Been leaving messages and calling for an appt for over a month. Finally got a call back and appt 1 month and a half away from now.... They told me if my child's urinary issues continue. to keep going to the ER until then. So if scheduling and office administration is like this, I can't wait to see how the medical staff will be. Really disappointed in healthcare practice management. Do Better by your patients!

Over the course of the last month, I have left several messages during business hours and have NEVER received a call back. I have called repeatedly and finally got an answer. The receptionist was abrasive(giving the benefit of the doubt), every single piece of information given has had to be repeated multiple times from my daughters name and dob to referring provider information. We have worked with the CHKD urology department since just before our son was born. He is now 15 months old. We typically followed up every 3 months for his conditions. At first, the doctor seemed willing to work with our different approach and considered the uniqueness of our situation. But everything changed after a hospital stay due to his condition.
