We have worked with the CHKD urology department since just before our son was born. He is now 15 months old. We typically followed up every 3 months for his conditions. At first, the doctor seemed willing to work with our different approach and considered the uniqueness of our situation. But everything changed after a hospital stay due to his condition. Dr. Fox is incredible. She has performed two surgeries on my son at 10 months old and 23 months old. She is precise, experienced, knowledgeable, and so warm and empathetic. As a nurse myself, I had lots of questions, concerns, and post op worries. She addressed my fears and questions with knowledge and reassurance. She also took my concerns seriously and made time between her busy schedule to fit in seeing my son when we had post op concerns.
