My daughter just had surgery, as things go with Covid 19 you can only have one parent with the patient. Yet it’s different for employees, with family members randomly coming in. Just to talk and visit. Kind of sad for parents, having to sit there for hours and no trade off with your spouse, if you needed to. Also the receptionist Lindsey, very rude and unprofessional. Would avoid if possible.
Great service great staff nice doctors and nurse get treated well and they don't take up your time you only have to wait about 2-3 minutes for great and nice service from all staff members always hand out gifts and prizes like sticker and puppets these doctors are the nicest and kindest
5 Stars. They were very efficient and the Support Staff was very compassionate! The two nurse we had went above and beyond. We love Dr.Dunn. Allergy testing was a breeze.

CHKD in NN has been an excellent experience for both my daughters. I've taken both my daughters here for blood tests and they got it done first time, each time! They made my daughters feel comfortable and we had full confidence in their skills! One of my daughters sees Dr. Russell. As a new patient with a new scary diagnosis, Dr Russell made sure to see my daughter immediately.
