I called too many times to refill a prescription I leave voice messages everytime I called and they don't answer, when my son missed a dose he starts to have seizures now he run out of his medicine because here they don't care about the patients.

Im still waiting for them to just clear my daughter so i can make an appointment after she started having seisures...the lady who looks over the acceptance papers is a lazy bum who doesnt do her job at all first they told me upto 7 days then they told me upto 3 weeks then they said a minimum of 3 weeks...i hope everyone finds help noone should have to wait this long to find out if their child needs futher help..
So far, very disappointed in the interest that they show as far as trying to get my son scheduled to get seen by a neurologist. First it was That they were waiting a week for Medicaid to approve the referral. two weeks passed by and I called to try to schedule and now apparently it’s gonna take about another week for them to “review” I don’t understand what is needed to be reviewed They haven’t even met my son yet… As weeks have gone by, I’ve noticed my son‘s behavior changing a lot , he went from being a super Happy, always... read more
