Had a great experience bringing our daughter here recently. The doctors and nurses were awesome and in particular Dr. Engels may have been the single best doctor I have ever seen. Very professional and knowledgeable and patient, made sure we understood everything both as a technical and non-technical audience. However, do note that scheduling our appointment here was NOT a good experience. There is much room for improvement and communication amongst staff handling scheduling.
Five stars for the actual hospital staff. It was a lovely stay for my daughter, and they were extremely compassionate for my partner and I during an extremely traumatic time. I was blown away with how well we were treated by both day and night nurses and doctors. The hospital is extremely clean and security staff is compassionate, understanding and nice as well.
