The front desk and tech staff are personable, professional and friendly. Dr. Chandni Patel, is great! She takes the time to explain things. She has been with my child since birth.
We went to see doctor Ezequiel Sagray, and everyone from the front desk to the nurse and the ultrasound technician was super friendly. But we were really disappointed with the doctor. He seemed inexperienced and didn’t come across as very knowledgeable. He was also pretty unprofessional in the way he treated us. We were there to get help, not to listen to him complain. For the simple fact that it is impossible to reach anyone on the ENT line to schedule a new patient appointment. When I tried another option the person didn’t try to help me and transferred me mid sentence when I was asking for help. Not even a patient there and I’m already horribly unimpressed. It’s amazing how a horrible administrative team can diminish a company’s reviews when their doctors could be great.
