Choc Children's Hospital you are the worst provider in OC. Kaiser Permanente could teach you so much in regards to being efficient and not wasting people's time. When I am the 1st appointment I don't expect to sit and wait 90 min. At Kaiser I show up 15 min early and AM ALWAYS seen on time. After 10 visits to CHOC for my sons clubbed feet my shortest wait time due to your incompetence had been 90 minutes. #chocisafailure #chocsucks #chocfigureouthowtobeefficient
