RecommendedOur daughter had an outpatient procedure at CHOC Main Campus today and our experience was phenomenal! From the friendliness and assistance to everyone we encountered (receptionist, admissions, nursing staff, etc) to the accommodations and facility (cleanliness, patient activities and waiting rooms, etc) and most importantly the quality of care and outcome for our 15mos old, our experience at CHOC far surpassed the extremely high bar previously established in our experiences with Boston Children’s Hospital!
You all are AMAZING! My son was afraid and you all made sure he was comfortable. Everyone was on top of making sure my son was ok. Sweet, kind, helpful. I’ve never been in a hospital where everyone cared so genuinely for their patients. Thank you everyone at Choc. Definitely recommended.
CHOC makes all their paitents smile and create positive energy so that the children feel safe, and loved. And to let them realize we are all here and we will never give up on you.. And that is what helps the children and families to win the fight...
A big thank you to CHOC staff for taking great care of my son this week! From the emergency room to the third floor surgical unit, everyone was amazing. We really appreciate everything!

Nurse from Canada here, very impressed by the care my daughter received in ER. Everyone involved in her care were compassionate and efficient. Nurses very knowledgeable, tests ordered quickly, and diagnosis within 3 hours! Very very good system and cate going on at this hospital. I would highly recommend.

The doctors are AMAZING! The nurses are like no other. Everyone is treated the same but as an individual specializing in that child’s illness. Everyone takes care of not just the patient, but the family members who support them. They keep the children occupied with all sorts of things from movies on T.V., DVD check outs, games, arts and crafts and anything else you can think of they’ll supply.
