Really disappointed in Children’s Hospital ER Department Provider-Patient whole-person care triage process and the bad bedside manner from this whole department, as this was one of the worst experiences my daughter and I went through for 5 hours. The environment is already hectic with all the construction, to add to that, as a sick patient walking into this it doesn’t make things any better.
