Parking garage NEEDS to have 24/7 security working. Do not feel safe or comfortable coming to this location to have random men approach in the parking structure... Also the hospital is dusty and outdated.. does not appear to be clean and sterile.
The worst hospital and nursing staff ever especially the night shift crew. Lazy and pure evil insensitive rude careless. They just want you and your child out of there, that’s all they care about. While giving you no answer to what is wrong with your child. If you love your child, do NOT take them there.
Place needs to shut down, dont care about patients' front desk, gives a attitude act like we are bothering them stay away go to a different hospital. 2 hour Wait to see a doctor is absurd!!!
Why are employees having personal conversations in the waiting area cussing up a storm in front of children ?? Unprofessional doctors. And all you get when you make a formal complaint is the same letter in the mail each time but never explaining what actions were taken to ensure certain mistakes aren’t made again. Do better. Our children depend on you.
