I wish I could give them a zero. The children’s ER does not seem to be as attentive as it used to be. My grandson was seen yesterday, and we were concerned about the appearance of his stool and other symptoms he was experiencing. We brought in his diaper for the doctor to perform a culture to rule out any medical issues. Both the student and the doctor appeared to identify what they believed was wrong. Exceptional hospital experience. My baby was seen in less than 15 minutes of arriving in the pediatric ER. The nurses and doctors were patient, gentle and polite to our family. Dr. Having took time to explain the treatment plan and next steps for our child. Nurse Grace was attentive and caring. I am pleased to have such a wonderful pediatric hospital in my community.
Man they change there minds 24/7 tell us we are going to Atlanta we buy a hotel they change their minds later in the night my brother has heart problems this is insane hurry up with yalls helicopters or something
I’ll start my review with a strong recommendation. This is a children’s ER. My child had to go straddle a dirty adult sized toilet three times in a restroom with a broken lock. These children do not have access to a private restroom with appropriately sized toilets. My daughter nearly fell in and had to grip her hands on the nasty seat all three time to catch herself. Literally grabbing the underside of a seat covered in feces and urine. She’s three and didn’t understand how disgusting that is. As parents we were mortified. ... read more
