The staff is as slow as a snail and they treat people with utter disrespect. The medical system is a joke in Canada.

Great experience in the ER last year. My daughter had a severe concussion and everyone was great.
Our experience on the impatient unit(5th floor) at CHEO is similar to what others have shared—overworked nurses and a lack of care from floor management, not just for the staff but also for the patients. Unfortunately, we also noticed a troubling pattern where people of color, including ourselves, seemed to receive less care and attention. Especially nurse Natalie, who is a racist and a bigot.
