Nurse can’t even give me a call back to go over my son’s blood work !!!!!! Called two times and nothing . Called first thing this morning and then again late this afternoon.
Seems to be very little Dr Compassion at this place . Especially for older kids.....if they are so busy a Dr can't follow up with a quick mychart message. Then are they too busy to diagnose and help children ,
I have been trying to make a appointment for two weeks for my son to see a Hematagy specialist and the receptionist they act like they do not care and have you on hold then hang up. This is crazy!
Dr Khanna is amazing! We see her in the new lenox office and she takes her time with each patient and cares about your concerns.
