Unprofessional! My son seen the doctor once after he was a few days old. I canceled his next appointment when the woman called to confirm it I told her I would have to call back another day. Because both me and him had an appointment on that day and I had to make mine since my dentist appointment was an emergency because I had a tooth abscess.
