Unprofessional! My son seen the doctor once after he was a few days old. I canceled his next appointment when the woman called to confirm it I told her I would have to call back another day. Because both me and him had an appointment on that day and I had to make mine since my dentist appointment was an emergency because I had a tooth abscess. The staff is very kind and the doctors are very professional. The clinic had no air conditioner bc it was broken. It's really sad that the people that work there and for the patients. It was very hard to sit in that clinic with NO AIR CONDITIONER. SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET THEM POOR PEOPLE HELP BC I ALMOST WALKED OUT. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS FOR BEING SO HOT IN THE CLINIC. REALLY FELT BAD FOR THE PEOPLE THAT HAS TO WORK THERE.
