My granddaughter has been there since last Saturday and only today did she the hospitalist. This is our second stay here. Most of the day nurses are cold and not at all helpful. Honestly, the nicest people have been the dietary people that deliver the food. I realize that these nurses had to work a twelve hour shift on Christmas, but at the end of your shift you go home to your loved ones. We love all the specialists such as GI, Neurology, ID, Orthopedics, Cardiology, just to name a few! We also love the nursing staff, social work lab staff and respiratory!! oh and let's not forget all the housekeeping staff who are so kind and pleasant and the volunteers who are amazing! We moved to Omaha to be closer to Children's in order for our kids to receive the absolute best medical care possible!! We love Children's!!!

if youve been cleared of wrong doing in regards alarm fatigue just what was your response time and why are you refusing to make it public if it was acceptable time frame
Fantastic care for my son! If there is ever an emergency with him again, I will be coming back!!
We took our son for a follow up echocardiogram after he had open heart surgery. The lady who did the actual echo was rude as she did the "chop chop" hurry up hand signal to us because they were running late and proceeded to just be snotty. We were definitely not expecting anything like that as we've got very familiar with the hospital and staff and everyone was always a pleasure to be around. It was a bad experience yesterday but thankfully we got the results we wanted and Wont be back for a year!
I think the Hand in Hand program at Children's is phenomenal. I feel like the doctors and staff really care about my child's health, and I feel very fortunate that he has amazing doctors.
