Absolutely rudest staff encounter today. I had to drop off a culture for my baby and the doctor told me I would just drop it they had everything they needed insurance wise on file for me. So I had to take my 19 month old in with me no big deal. But I wasn’t prepared for needing to get registered and waiting in a waiting room twice just to drop off the culture. The lady who registered me has no business working at a children’s facility first of all. I did not have my insurance card on me but luckily I did have one in my glove... read more
I just want to recognize Joyce, she is a check in assistant. She went over and above for care and was so pleasant! She took her time out to help us and was so caring doing so. 5☆ for her! She didn't go unnoticed and we appreciate you !
