The lady Kennedy that I met with during the appointment was very kind, and we sent the swabs off as instructed. I have been calling for literally 6 months with no call back. I leave my information every time with the receptionist , and no one ever calls me back. This is about my child. It is not a game or a joke. The lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. I know they have a lot of patients, but a call back taking 6 months is ridiculous. At least email me if you cannot call me back. Do something!
