Delivery is very convenient, however we did not know we were getting this delivery and were unaware of the cost. They did not check with insurance before, we had to pull a lot of money out of our account to pay for this bill that we had no control over. I tried calling several times and never got a clear response, still on edge about this experience, and the product they sent me isn’t even being used… sitting in a closet!

This review is specifically regarding the team handling children's incontinence supplies. Every conversation with them was terrible. I was made to feel like an annoyance, especially if I had questions. In particular, Johnny was ignorant, condescending, and rude. It was my conversation with him that made me decide to change suppliers.

While the convenience of delivery is nice, I’ve had so many issues. Every order has bent needles that are unusable which is extremely inconvenient. I understand the needles used are thin, but some are so bent that the medicine won’t even come out of the needle when pushing the syringe (I don’t use these ones, but tested it by trying to push it into the sink and nothing would come out). I appreciate this place so much! They’ve helped me so much with the formula shortage. It’s been a little tricky getting the product I needed but it was on back order but they’ve been so helpful. Some staff are a little more helpful than others but I get that we have our bad days.
