This review is specifically regarding the team handling children's incontinence supplies. Every conversation with them was terrible. I was made to feel like an annoyance, especially if I had questions. In particular, Johnny was ignorant, condescending, and rude. It was my conversation with him that made me decide to change suppliers.

While the convenience of delivery is nice, I’ve had so many issues. Every order has bent needles that are unusable which is extremely inconvenient. I understand the needles used are thin, but some are so bent that the medicine won’t even come out of the needle when pushing the syringe (I don’t use these ones, but tested it by trying to push it into the sink and nothing would come out). I appreciate this place so much! They’ve helped me so much with the formula shortage. It’s been a little tricky getting the product I needed but it was on back order but they’ve been so helpful. Some staff are a little more helpful than others but I get that we have our bad days. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that I received a shipment of dented cans and was told I could still use them by one of the nurses from there but when I spoke to a couple doctors and the company of the formula they said to absolute ... read more

Getting my son’s formula has been easy through them. But the staff member I’ve been having to deal with to get it ordered is HORRIBLE. Her name is Sherri and she’s always answering the phone so rudely and whenever asking her a question she takes a big sigh as if it’s trouble to answer it. She keeps saying she can’t give me specific information but the other staff member was able to answer all my questions and in such a friendly manner. Hopefully she can get some lessons on customer service.
