We’ve had an overall positive experience with Children’s Home Care. Our case manager, Lynn, has been very helpful and accommodating with our schedule. She is great, she checks in with us in person once a month and is always willing to provide additional feedback, information, or resources whenever she can. Their on-call department and scheduling team have also been very attentive and helpful anytime I have questions or need assistance, which I really appreciate. I have been using Children's Home Care for 6 months and my baby's nurse is very attending to him and takes good care of baby while I'm at work. And so is her supervisor Maribel, making sure that everything is going well and comes every month for a supervisory visit. Not just the nursing, they even offer therapies at home for my baby. I would choose the agency again for home nurse and therapies.
If I could give them no stars I would. They were referred to us by the kids case manager. Their staff came into our home and we explained to Marybell the problem we were having with the prior company Aveena of not having coverage and lack of communication for our twins. Marybell assured us that there would be coverage for our twins. If at any time they couldn’t find a nurse to cover the shift. We would be notified before hand.
