This is the only urgent care I’d take my kids! They kindly stayed open late for me, they take such good care of not only my kids, but me by address all of my concerns. Even the security guard walked me to my car to make sure we were safe.
They have the equivalent of a toothless Chihuahua telling all who enter to mask up. Then they asked me to verify really old data, apparently they were not clued into the updated info that was given to another CHOA office (maybe they are waiting on a fax?). You are the given a number and they call you back by that the number, supposedly for HIPPA compliance.
