I brought my child in due to she got hurt while at a birthday party the wait wasn’t that long and the front staff were polite and respectful. The NP was great she was patient with my daughter and has a great personality even to the x-ray tech. Everyone we had an encounter with was super helpful and nice. It was a great experience after baby girl was feeling better she was all happy and playing with the staff
I will continually go out of my way, passing closer urgent care facilities to go to CHOA. We always receive the best possible care and having your children be seen and taken care of by doctors and nurses are used to seeing and taking care of children is unmatched.
My boys received wonderful treatment. I am thankful for the urgent care staff and providing certified doctors and nurses to treat our children.
