I went in with my son who was having breathing issues and the receptionist immediately bumped him to the front knowing it was urgent. The nurse was extremely kind and helped us through the entire experience by explaining what they were doing to do and made my son very comfortable. I would recommend this urgent care above all others for children!
Fast and efficient. Have an online “wait in line” feature and time estimate that was great .

Honestly great service. I drove here 40 mins from Decatur because all of the other CHOA’s were a super long wait 60-100+ mins. This one just so happened to be a short wait and of course I didn't want my sick baby waiting super long to be seen. I walked in and there were not a lot of people here on a Saturday, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
