Wait was extremely long (2+ hours) with hardly no one in the waiting room. The doctor finally got to us and was in and out in 5 min.
I've been to this location multiple times for multiple different reasons, mostly injuries, every time it has been handled very well. I love the nurses and doctors and how kind and patient they are with my children. It is usually a long wait but that is expected with emergency situations. I've never left unsatisfied or feeling like my child was not helped.
If I could give a negative stars I would. The whole experience was bad. When we walked in the girl at the registration desk never made contact and talked so fast I barely knew what she was saying. Then in the midst of checking my daughter in she began checking in another child as well talking to the both of us at the same time. We then sat in the waiting room for what seemed like forever.
