I had heard great things about Children’s and my first visit here with my daughter didn’t disappoint. Everyone treated us with top tier courtesy and friendliness, and my daughter received quick and high quality care. I will definitely be coming back if my daughter needs urgent care or weekend health assistance again!
Brought my 1 year old autistic son to a visit where his eye was irritated from continuous rubbing and the nurse decided to call it pink eye which in turn was a refusal for treatment. He does not have pink eye he has severe allergies! They way my son hollered just from entering the building lets me know they are no good for him or possibly treating children.
My daughter went in miserable. She had back pain and it was swollen in the middle of her back. The doctor said she has scoliosis and needed an orthopedic doctor. Had us all crying, but today she did see the specialist and he assured us it wasn't. But she needs physical therapy for her back. Maybe they could get bedside manners. This is pediatric doctor not a grown up doctor so we didn't have to worry for 3 days
