Appointment time is 10:30. It is 11:20 and still in an exam room without being seen by the specialist…this is an area of improvement especially when dealing with children.

Although the sign said "We call patients back in order of APPOINTMENT TIME per provider not by arrival time", do not expect to be called when it's your appointment time. We've arrived at 9:30 AM with an appointment time at 9:45 AM. At 10:15 AM I'd proceed to ask the ladies at the front for a timeframe on when we will be called back as our appointment is schedule for 9:45 AM. We were taken to a room 5 mins after.
