My friend drove here 45 minutes with her kids, to only be rudely treated and been told by the front staff that her son could been seen anymore because they were 1 MINUTE LATE?! Unbelievable. 0 care for the patient, seriously 1 minute it's no reason to turn away a 6 year old that has been waiting for this appointment for months. 1 minute late for them to tell the doctor doesn't have time anymore? I call it laziness because i good professional would never.

Drove 45 minutes, was 1 minute passed the time, receptionist took her sweet time to go in the back and check if we were able to be seen. (Mind you I had already completed ny check in online so no paperwork was needed) and the doctor couldn't see us, mind you that was nobody else at the lobby, and on top of that, they weren't even able to reschedule an appointment for me, nobody even tried to move their finger the slightest to even help me, all I got was a sorry your child won't been see today you get a call sometime to resch... read more
