First of all, the published time for opening at this location, which is 11am, does not pertain to the lab, which apparently opens at 8 even though the location offers both a lab and radiology services. When I alerted the front desk about this and asked how to change it, she just said, "I don't know" which doesn't help families who drive long distances to a lab with the wrong time posted for both opening and closing. Truly cozy atmosphere for my children which made it easier for my children to participate in being seen by a doctor. The staff was absolutely amazing, they listened very well, they were very informative, and they stayed in a respectful and timely manner. I absolutely appreciate all the nurses and the medical staff that we seen today. I was able to bring in all three of my children with me and we were in and out in a good time frame after my children got thoroughly checked.
