The urgent care facility opens at 11am. For a facility this large the late openings time is shocking. Be advised if you drive over for children’s urgent care before 11am you will not be seen. Additionally, after waiting several hours for the site to open we were informed there is currently no flu test kits available - a complete waste of our time as this was the purpose of our visit.
We went here last night with our son and had a great experience. As a walk in, the wait time was only about 20 minutes. The check in process was totally easy and painless. Caitlyn checked us in and was so kind and never stopped smiling. We waited about 10 minutes in our room, and saw Carol the PA. She was also very kind and gave my son a thorough check and talked to us in a very unhurried manner.
