Our Tech was Porscha Wilson. She was so-awesome, in all areas. She was kind to my son, made him feel safe, and made him laugh. She answered all my questions in a manner that was simply to understand. Explained procedure in detail. Made me feel safe with the whole procedure. It’s a bit scary to see all the wires on your child’s head and body so it’s great to have someone make you better about the entire process. Thank you Porscha. James is a avery nice pleasant person his vibe is so nice he madey daughter anxiety of having a sleep study ease thank you so much for that our stay was was awesome
Tech and doctors were amazing. The front desk lady, however, seems to have a major chip on her shoulder. I don’t understand why people don’t have compassion and patience nowadays. Any minor inconvenience gets people to talk sideways to others…
