Every worker there when I went twice due to fear and claustrophobia were all wonderful and very comforting, the first I time I didn't succeed due to fear and my tech was very understanding and nice and props to him for being understanding under my fears, the second time I did succeed and the staff again with a different tech were all still very nice and accommodating.
