Wonderful doctors! Have had a couple of nurses however show a lack of empathy/patience with my shy young kids. Good care and have never waited more than 30 minutes.

The physicians and nurses are awesome but forget the rest! I took my toddler there last year for evaluation because he wasn't feeling well late at night and I did not want to risk to wait for his pediatrician to open the next day. Thankfully he was fine and did not need any tests so I paid my deductible, got a receipt and left. ONE year (!) later they call me on friday to let me know that the payment didn't go through (no explanation why but my HSA account had sufficient funds and I had gotten a receipt). The 2 stars I’m leaving are honestly for the doctor and his service. This was my first time at this office, and since I don’t have insurance for my child, we paid upfront for the visit. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, I felt I was treated rudely. When I approached the front desk to notify them that we had arrived, I was told to sit down and wait in a very unfriendly tone. My son had a laceration on his head and I came in to get it evaluated. We were initially met by the front desk clerk who was not very welcoming but did improve slightly throughout the visit. Until I asked for gauze for his bleeding, no one offered or came to evaluate it or help. For a pediatric clinic, the office had no kid friendly items to play with, no topical lidocaine, and no pacifiers. The nursing staff and physician were kind and very informative.
