I haven’t even been seen yet and the ma’am who answers the phone is horribly rude. My son had an abnormal NBS and the state put on the sheet to be seen by a geneticist within 7 days. His pediatrician told me to call if they didn’t within a couple days. I call and she goes “they haven’t finished reviewing the referral yet they’ll call when they do.” Okay no big deal that was all she didn’t give a time line . We had a great experience with the genetics team! They got us in super fast, asked very thorough questions about our son and family health history trying to get any extra information for him, and listened to our concerns. We liked how knowledgeable the doctor and counselor both were! We were also very pleased with how clean and nice the building was!
Too much waiting time.
