It is INSANE to make anyone do something they're not getting paid to do. Came to drop off a specimen and I had to retrieve 'labels' at registration so the Lab could pull up the order from the doctor. Operational gap for sure. Why the lab doesn't have access to complete their job of accepting and processing things dropped off to them is beyond me.
Dr. Santolaya, I appreciate your time, patience, and positivity. You and your team make my son feel comfortable, and healthier and I can’t thank you enough for that.
