This pediatric endocrinology center operates with non professional workers. My newborn baby was referred here by my pediatrician. I was waiting for a call from them. When I didnt receive any call i called back and they said their RNs will review referral and will give me a call. no call for next few days , then I called back to check they said They didnt receive the lab reports for my son. Very rude receptionist!!! Answered the phone and just held it hoping I would simply hang up I’m assuming. After having to say hello multiple times, she finally came to the phone and was very short with her answers. I could only imagine the rest of the staff if this is the first impression.

For people who are supposed to be helping children, they don’t seem to give a damn about how they treat people. I’ve been trying to set up a referral with this clinic for about a month. I have been the one calling. Despite multiple promises, they have not called me once. They could see where they received a referral but it wasn’t enough to schedule an appointment. Wow, all the reviews on here some are kinda sad. My daughter is 22 now and the level of care my daughter received at children's from when she was a tiny baby to when she turned 18/19, Childrens endocrinology was top tier. I was sad when they had to let her go because she became an adult. Now I'm having issues with adult endocrinology. So I'm on the hunt to find better. Sometimes I look back at the care she was given, and I'm currently looking for that same great standard of care that children's showed. Im helping my daughter... read more

The doctor is amazing and provides excellent care. I normally visit the Plano office, but due to limited appointment availability and work schedule we had to schedule at the Dallas location. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office staff at the Dallas office was disappointing. They came across as unapproachable and did not seem interested in helping patients beyond the bare minimum. During check-out, I was asked for my parking ticket.
