Last night, around 10:30 pm I took my 8 yo daughter to the emergency room with fever, nausea, vomiting 14 times before we arrived, sore throat and excessive salivation. My daughter's T-shirt was completely wet due to excessive salivation They took the signs and never attended to her. I initially took my 4 months old to Methodist children’s and i was told by the guy at the front desk my child’s bloody stool was not “high concern”. HES 4 MONTHS OLD!!! So i left and came to university.. and i have to say the service was OUTSTANDING. The wait at the hospital is absolutely unacceptable. Me and my kids have to wait for 7 hours. This level of delay is extremely frustrating, especially when you’re in need of medical attention.
