Batesville children’s used to be amazing. We have been going there for 11 years. They had a sick call option which really helped us with getting in and out when you can never get an appointment the same day when a kid is sick. Now that sick call isn’t offered anymore the place is really awful about getting an appointment. It opens at 8am and by 8:01 the sick call block is already full and when you have no choice but to make a late appointment only to call back and they actually never made the appointment. Excellent and prompt care that has helped tremendously. Very scary when dealing with illness with your child and Dr. Erin was Amazing.
