Batesville children’s used to be amazing. We have been going there for 11 years. They had a sick call option which really helped us with getting in and out when you can never get an appointment the same day when a kid is sick. Now that sick call isn’t offered anymore the place is really awful about getting an appointment. It opens at 8am and by 8:01 the sick call block is already full and when you have no choice but to make a late appointment only to call back and they actually never made the appointment.
