Our son have strep infection multiple times and opportunistic infection.when We have referral and make appointments. Doctors ignore our concerns. He said, you Just need to give him antibiotics for 10 days .our son pediatric doctor already tried to antibiotics multiple occasions, but it doesn't help antibiotics at all. This is reason We got referral for infection espicalist, Doctors doesn't care about his patients at all.
I called multiple times, left a few voicemails, requested a sick appointment via mychart and was on hold for over 10 minutes just for the call to get hanged up. Is unfortunate that such a good clinic with awesome providers have a bad scheduling team. My son is a complex kid and getting a hold of his PCP is important for his care when he is sick.
Incredibly difficult to reach this office. I have called several times over several days with no response. We are well-integrated into the Children’s system - this is the worst clinic we have encountered.
Took them around 8 hours to get my 2 year old stitched up. We wait and waited and moved room to room before anything really happened. All the while my baby was bleeding from a cut that needed stitches. There parking garage feel really unsafe also. Everytime a car passes the whole thing shakes and the supports it's on are broken.
My baby was born with delicate lungs. I stopped at this clinic now because he has a cough to see if there is something that could be applied to him. They didn't answer, I didn't leave a message or the yamada returned to me. me siento desecionada
