Dr. Rychwalski is nothing short of a miracle worker. He literally and absolutely saved my 6 year old daughter's eye sight. His expertise is unsurpassed and I wouldn't trust anyone else but him when dealing with any difficult eye issue for any child. We usually see another doctor there but my understanding is that you've merged with CCMC & some doctors are no longer available. We saw dr jaffar.. not quite sure why he chose to work with kids. He was so rough with my son. He left marks on the side of his forehead and held his eyes open so hard that he has a bubble under his eye! Terrible dr and will never return.
What a fantastic experience for my 5 yr old daughter. From the moment we walked into the off we were treated with such kindness and courtesy by the receptionist. The Tech, Sarah, and Dr Smith were amazing with the exam and my little girl never shed a tear. I highly recommend this practice!
Sunday afternoon and Dr Mitchell just personally called to check on him. This is the second time he called, not the receptionist but the Dr. That says a lot!
Dr. Gingold had horrible bedside manner, was quick tempered and impatient with my special needs son. When my son could not follow his direction due to confusion and anxiety he proceeded to yell at my son accusing him of "playing games" and lying. My son has learning disablilites and is chronically ill. I can't wrap my mind around how intimidating and be condescending can be defended by "let me explain what I'm trying to do." My son will never be seen at this office again and complaints will be filed.
