My niece took her 1-year-old daughter to Express Care in the Wexford/Sewickley area and had a terrible experience. The provider was extremely rude, dismissive, and spoke over her repeatedly. She barely examined her daughter—looked quickly in her ears, stated the right ear was “perfect,” and said the left had only “a tiny bit of redness.” She insisted the oral medication her daughter had been treated with previously “doesn’t work,” rolled her eyes, and pushed for a shot without fully explaining or listening to concerns. I've taken my child here twice and both times received absolutely excellent service. Highly recommend!
Terrible experience.
We had our first visit on June 9th at 830PM. I felt bad coming so late, but something was telling me to get her checked. I brought my 3 month old in for congestion and a cough and from the time we got greeted by Renee and checked in till leaving it was a great experience. There was no one else in the waiting room and got called back within a few minutes. From getting her vitals, the nurse (I believe) was so good with her just talking and very personable. I am beyond grateful we have found this urgent care. This winter has been extremely hard on my boy. We have come to this place MANY times. We have always been treated with respect and empathy. The providers are caring and have good bedside manners.
