Physicians and entire staff were truly remarkable. Very cognizant and attentive to our grandson’s injury and his emotional distress. They did a superlative job of making relating to him and made him as comfortable as possible on many levels. Our thanks to the doctors (I hope I am correctly remembering their first names) Kim and Nicole.
This is not the first time we’ve been here unfortunately. It seems to get worse each time. After making an appt online it took more than 40” after our appointment time to be called back to a room. It’s been more than 30” since being shown to a room and no one has come in. That has given me plenty of time to notice just how FILTHY this place is. Appointment with Dr. Padia (ENT), staff was very helpful, wait times were minimal, and Dr. Padia was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything to us.
Claim there are an Urgent/Express Care center but in reality they are not so most out of network insurance will not cover
