I've taken my child here twice and both times received absolutely excellent service. Highly recommend!
Terrible experience.
We had our first visit on June 9th at 830PM. I felt bad coming so late, but something was telling me to get her checked. I brought my 3 month old in for congestion and a cough and from the time we got greeted by Renee and checked in till leaving it was a great experience. There was no one else in the waiting room and got called back within a few minutes. From getting her vitals, the nurse (I believe) was so good with her just talking and very personable. I am beyond grateful we have found this urgent care. This winter has been extremely hard on my boy. We have come to this place MANY times. We have always been treated with respect and empathy. The providers are caring and have good bedside manners.
We arrived at express care around 8:20 on 2/5, we felt so bad to arrive so late when they closed at 9 but the staff did not seem the least bit bothered. We sat in the lobby for maybe 3 minutes, Dr. Kramer came in and examined my baby with a double ear infection & called in amoxicillin to a pharmacy in cranberry that was still open! We left express care at 8:50 & had his meds by 9:10. So grateful for them!!!
