We arrived at express care around 8:20 on 2/5, we felt so bad to arrive so late when they closed at 9 but the staff did not seem the least bit bothered. We sat in the lobby for maybe 3 minutes, Dr. Kramer came in and examined my baby with a double ear infection & called in amoxicillin to a pharmacy in cranberry that was still open! We left express care at 8:50 & had his meds by 9:10. So grateful for them!!!
Thank you to all the staff working today 11/09/2024 especially Miss Christina Keck! I had my 11 year old autistic son in for a sick visit today and she and the nurses (all the staff) were so patient and understanding with him. They gave him time,understanding, and patience that he needed to feel comfortable. My son has been talking about Christina all afternoon! You all helped make, what I thought was going to be a very hard appointment, very easy and as smooth as possible! Thank you!!
We went a few weeks ago with concerns for our son who had been very sick, high fever, runny nose, inconsolable for hours.., NP Katelyn Stumpf was fabulous and throughly went over our son and answered all our questions. Our little man ended up having an ear infection.., any we plan on taking him back to this location for future express care needs
The lady at the front desk was rude and the doctor was worse. Shoved the tool in my 5 month olds ear so hard my baby was SCREAMING for 5 minutes after. I didn't feel like she was listening to my concerns, I went at the end of the night and felt like i was being rushed out. I won't be going back.
