Receptionist Kaylee and all nurses were extremely nice. Dr Eichenmuller was as well and very insightful. Very gentle when treating my son. They suggested different options when my son wouldn’t take oral medication for a bilateral ear infection. They accepted us right before closing to make sure he got the specific antibiotic shot he needed instead. Would 100% recommend.
Long wait but great doctors
My experience here with my daughter was terrible. I am traumatized from what we went through. I will not ever return here or recommend it for anyone. It is shocking this is even affiliated with UPMC Children's as they provide excellent care and respect at the hospital. Do not waste your time, you are better off going to Children's directly.
What a joke they have no idea what they are doing the staff was very rude only one nice lady gave my son apple juice the rest very rude and didn't care at all about my kids hurt finger also let me guess will you reply with the same copy that all the other people got
