NP was great!!. Only issue is the office feels very sad. Seats need some cleaning. Needs an update or to be more kid friendly looking :) , other than that awesome NP
Let me start off by we LOVE my daughters doctors they are absolutely wonderful. She had adenoids and ear tubes procedure and they were absolutely wonderful couldn’t ask for better doctors. Doctors are 5 stars. BUT the office and billing department? 0 stars. Your worst nightmare. Need an appt? Better schedule before you leave your current appt or you’ll never get through on the phone to make one. Need to reschedule? Too bad they don’t answer then either. No one ever likes going to the ENT to get a rock removed from their 2 year old's ear, but if it must happen, these folks are the kindest and most efficient to take care of you through the ordeal. Friendly staff, understanding and compassionate, same day appointment, quick wait, and incredibly knowledgeable and expert doctor, Dr. Qualles. Cuando nos tocó la cita por fin después de esperar meses la Doctora o doctor no se quien es no vio a mi hija nunca. Nos atendió una nurse practica qué solo apunto lo que yo le dije y salía constantemente a preguntar al medico. Me dijo ahora viene el doctor y nunca vino. I come to this office because I love the doctors and nurses that see my son. We have waited about 1-2 hours to see a provider before and I have never complained. I'm always on time to my appointment and the one time that I get lost to the visit because I do travel from way in Orlando and run 14 minutes late the front desk gives me an attitude about it.
