my daughter had an appointment today and the experience was not good. my daughter is medically complex and the doctor spent maybe 5 minutes in the room with us and gave me a brief statement of what he was concerned about after checking her ears and said she needs a ct dr joshua did not explain anything to me so i’m still unsure of what he exact concerns other than the one brief statement he made. he did not take the time to explain anything to me i felt he was rushing the entire time. i also heard him in the hallway asking i... read more
My son was referred to Dr. Qualls. She was very informative and listened to my concerns. The entire staff was friendly and it was quick. We did drive over an hour since it’s a Peds specialty office.
They are not doing honest business. Every bill they sent me is much higher than the amount on my EOB from insurance. When I tried to contact the billing and request itemize bill, it just goes into the voice mail, and sometimes the voice mail is full. I assumed there is only one person working in the billing department and she is overwhelmed. Regardless, if my issues are not resolved, I will try to prepare formal appeal letter.
Dr Gotschall is INCREDIBLE! Everyone should have an ENT like him for their child
Made a request for appointment on July 2nd, after not hearing anything, I called no one answered, left a voicemail & have still have not heard back from them... Needless to say, I don't recommend.
