The phlebotomist on 7/20/26 was extremely rude and unprofessional. My 2 year old son was sent by his pediatrician to get blood work done here and the moment we arrived she gave us attitude and while we are sitting down she inserts the needle and wiggles it around while in his arm. Then she does the other arm and keeps re inserting the needle and said she needs to try and find the vein. When my son broke his arm in April we immediately rushed to Covenant Children’s Emergency entrance, it was not well marked, the signs to the entrance were nonexistent and they had construction to their sewer or water line in front of the entrance that was fenced off. It felt like an abandoned structure with zero indication that children are treated there. No colors, no comforting environment, just a brown brick wall. Kind, compassionate, and friendly. Nurses Karli (so spunky and kind!), Meghan, Erika, and Kristin were phenomenal. Dr. Speck (?), Dr. Trombley (again, forgive me for the spelling), and I can’t remember the other Dr’s name who is on the same team (who just recently moved back from California), the pharmacist I spoke with, the ultrasound tech, the respiratory therapist, were amazing! The security guards are so nice and friendly. This place exceeded my expectations. If I didn’t live 8 hours away this would definitely be our go ... read more
