I never leave reviews on anything! But when it comes to my child it’s different! The front desk girl Adriana and the nurse Gabbi were the most rudest people i’ve ever encountered with here they were smirking and not being considerate of my feelings. I went it because I thought my son was chocking and they are talking among themselves “he doesn’t look In distress” while I’m literally right in front kf them freaking out about what’s going on with my kid. Seems like a “check vitals and walk away for three hours” kind of place. The front desk staff made this place seem great, but since getting to a room with a pregnant patient, we’ve HARDLY been helped or checked on at all. We will go elsewhere next time. We were sent here from another ER to get an ultrasound and they didn’t even do that for the patient after being told why we were here.

I am compelled to warn others that our experience in the NICU has led me to lose faith in this hospital's ability to provide adequate care, from prenatal services to NICU treatment. Unfortunately, every promise has been broken. The nurses have demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism, displaying unfriendliness and an inability to properly review charts.
