From front office, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Wilkerson - the whole experience was phenomenal. Excellent communication, love the set up to get on the list for cancelations (so easy, you receive a text and can claim any newly available appt with a simple reply), and of course the care was all we could ask for. Gentle, patient, and quick ; they got our 2 year Olds cavities repaired in no time and with zero tears. Thankful for their services and highly recommend!
Charlie texted me from the office and has everything set up for our emergency visit today. This texting process has been a life saver with my screaming kid in the background. All forms have been sent to me electronically and I couldn't be happier that I don't have to worry about all that paperwork when we get there! We live pretty far away so they are doing their best to accomodate our needs and prioritizing my child's pain as best they can. Thank you for everything!
The team at Children's Dentistry is so great! They are so patient, and explain the process as they go. Everyone we’ve encountered has been sweet and helpful! Def makes the process easier when the kids/parents are nervous. We love Dr. Wilkerson and her team!
