Dr Mark and his staff are amazing. My kids have never been so comfortable and well taken care of. HIGHLY recommend.
RecommendedThank you to the wonderful staff at children’s dentistry! My little one suffers with anxiety and is usually terrified when it comes to dentist visits. However, Nicole & Dr. Mark made my little girl feel so comfortable and relaxed. Showing her all the different tools and sounds they make so she would know what she would be hearing while under laughing gas. Dr mark and his staff are one of a kind ! We had an amazing experience today , he was so nurturing towards the little humans. He speaks to them in a kind tone , and answered all my questions. I will recommend Dr mark for all children’s dentistry needs for anyone!
Dr. Mark and his staff are amazing. Scheduling has been a breeze and everyone is so kind. Our son needed extensive work done on his teeth. Dr. Mark got us in quickly and explained everything to me so clearly. I was as comfortable as a mother could be leaving her son under anesthesia in the hospital with someone, but there isn't a different dentist I would trust more than him. Highly recommended!
We had our first visit today and everyone was super nice and friendly. My highly anxious 6yo felt perfectly at ease. I'm glad I didn't let the negative reviews deter me from making an appointment. Very pleased.
Terrible customer service, very rude, seem to be more worried about money than the service. I would not waste your time.
How they make the kids feel good about getting there teeth cleaned.
I was not allowed in the room during an appointment for my at the time six year old. That’s not ok with me. We have never been back and won’t ever. Zero stars.
We have two special needs boys. Anything involving brushing there teeth is highly traumatic. The staff is always understanding and completely open to any “wacky” ideas I have to try and make sure the appointment can be completed. One of my sons is unable to fully finish a proper cleaning. We also noticed some teeth breaking down because he’s an excessive teeth grinder.
