Great staff! Took amazing care, took extra time and explained everything to both parent and child! They are extremely patient with kids who need extra time/love.
I tried to setup an appointment for my 12 year old child and was told after filing out the forms that they do not see 12 years old. The cut off age is 11 year olds. They I called back days later because I forgot I called them but the receptionist remember my voice and basically was like weird about everything and hesitant on speaking with me, I realize at that moment it was not due to my child age it was due to race. They do not want to see African-Americans so sad we live in world like this today.

I have been using them for years and we missed 1 appointment and then I go to reschedule and they tell me we are no longer eligible. They said they sent a letter stating that and I told them they didnt and receptionist looked and said they sent us warning on accident but we were still not eligible anymore. That's not right!! They should have better communications with patients especially about possible terminations!!!!
