I took my son here today for the first time. He has ALWAYS had a lot of dental anxiety and has always kicked and screamed and cried to avoid any Dentist even looking in his mouth. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Jon was very patient with him and gave him the time he needed to get through the appointment. Dr.Kennel, Oliva and Nicole were absolutely wonderful!!! Theyre were all very sweet to me, and explained everything when I asked. Theyre genuinely amazing people to talk and see especially since I have anxiety about these kinds of things. I definitely recommend bring your kid here!
Called because their website site said they deal with emergencies, well that's a lie, receptionist was rude and had no empathy for my daughter who goes to school and was having a dental emergency. Great lack of care. zero stars would be better than one.
Butcher shop if you can't pull out a tooth, you got no business being in somebody's mouth. The amount of time my daughter sat in that chair, screaming and crying. While you fumbled around trying to get her tooth out was absolutely appalling, it was the worst most traumatic experience my child has ever been through and myself included extremely disappointed with the results I got and I will not be returning nor would I recommend anyone bring their child there. brought my daughter in to be sedated to have some work done. best experience at a childrens dental office I've ever had. friendly, welcoming environment and made her comfortable even when she was nervous. they even called the next day to check in on her, I thought that was super sweet.
