Its hard to get my kid to get dental care because all the dentist scare him. But the dentist here and the staff made him feel safe. I really recommend this dentist office.

I was so excited when I heard about others recommending this office. I look it up and see photos of the patient seats being in an open area right by eachother? I’m so confused. Where is the privacy and confidentiality?? I wanted to take my child here but I also don’t want to be next to others and our business be out there nor do I wanna hear other children’s business or parent concerns. I feel like out of all places, especially a dental place, privacy should be a huge priority for patients. This is unfortunate.

The staff is very friendly, and Dr. GAO is very thorough explaining things. We have had nothing but great experiences.
