Excellent experience.Took my seven kids here and they got them all in and out efficiently. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dentist was very kind and talked to me about any issues and how to solve them.
DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HATE MONEY, LOVE BAD DENTAL DIAGNOSIS, AND HATE THUROUGH COMMUNICATION. 0 star if I could.was looking forward to going to this office due to location. Dr DeLisle and staff are fantastic and make you feel like family. I have major fear and anxiety around dentists from bad childhood experiences and was afraid even for my children. After reading the reviews I decided to bring my children to them and they were very caring, considerate and gentle -- my children's words. They also made it fun for my children with an upbeat and joyful atmosphere, particularly Dianne who is fantastic with kids. I was originally thankful for this place being in Lolo, but now I'm glad we go somewhere else. They were listed as a preferred provider under our insurance and never told us they actually don't take our insurance until the day of the appointment my husband was going to get work done (despite booking ahead of time and sending them our insurance information). They did work with us and let us cancel with no charge. What I am more concerned about is my son was seen a couple times and we were told my son had a cavity and to just ... read more
The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. So friendly and helpful! Addressed all my concerns! They got me in the same day I called! They take Medicaid insurance as well which is a huge bonus! Really can’t recommend them enough!
