My 1 year old went in for his firstu appointment and it was an amazing experience! Ashley and Dr.T was great and very patient with my little one. Dr. T was very informative and provided good support with tips we can do at home. I look forward to continuing services with them for my son.
This was my first visit, and I came based on the wonderful reviews I had read, especially regarding care for special needs children. I have a nonverbal autistic daughter who had never been to the dentist before, so this experience was very important to me. The staff, along with Dr. T, were professional during our visit. At check-in, there was a mix-up with my insurance, but the staff handled it kindly and were very helpful. After relocating, we needed to find a new pediatric dentist for our toddlers. Today we had our first appointment and it went SO well. The office was very clean and welcoming. Every single staff member was friendly, positive, helpful and kind. My 2yo and 4yo, while having some normal dentist nerves, otherwise did great. Dr. T was friendly and did great at explaining any possible dental concerns. My son even said he had fun going to the dentist today! We will definitely be back.
Our 1st time coming & it was great. Dr. Stewart, the hygienist Kim, and assistant Kendra were kid friendly and also helpful with day/night tips!! Thanks again & we will be back!! PS: Do not use quarters for their kiddy machines, they have cool tokens! UPDATE: My daughter & I have been coming here for about 5 years+ & I must say I am still in awe with all the staff members.
