They started our appointment right on time, and the doctors were so kind and patient with my child. My daughter speaks Spanish, and the doctor made a real effort to connect with her in Spanish, which meant a lot to us. Everything was explained clearly and we felt very comfortable throughout the visit.
Cascadia Kids Dentistry – Issaquah has been an absolute blessing for our family. From the moment we walk through the door, we’re greeted with smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts both kids and parents at ease. First time scheduling here. I received a confirmation message after booking, but when we arrived the front desk told us we needed to reschedule because they needed more information. I wish someone had called, texted, or emailed ahead of time instead of telling us when we got there. After reading other reviews, I realized I’m not the first person this has happened to. If you’re busy and value your time, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
This office is amazing!! My children have been going here for some years now and all the staff goes above and beyond to make sure my kiddos feel comfortable. I will always recommend this office to any and everyone
The team here clearly puts a ton of effort into the patients’ experience. Dr. Hayley is compassionate and gentle, and involves parents in the appointments to make sure the kids are comfortable. The clinic is clean and colorful. I highly recommend Cascadia for any family!
