Dentist and staff were friendly. Facility was neat and clean. My son was very comfortable with the visit.
I had a very frustrating experience with this office due to repeated communication failures. My daughter’s appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday at 8 a.m. The Friday before, I called and left multiple voicemails and messages asking to reschedule due to a conflict. I never received any confirmation or response over the weekend or on Monday. We’ve seen a few different dentists and hygienists with Cascadia Kids Dentistry and everyone has consistently been so kind, patient and professional. We are so thrilled to have found a practice who cares deeply about their patients. I especially appreciate the time they take to explain what will be happening at each appointment not only to myself, but also to my kids.
