trying to get an appointment with Jack Nguyen was way harder than it should’ve been, i’d call for days on end in a span of a couple months, no matter the hour & they’d never pick up. after a while of trying, i just decided to explore my options elsewhere.
Took my 3-yr old daughter there in 2022. They billed my insurance for over $2,000 for a dental exam and a few drops of iodine solution on her teeth. Drained my insurance. Nonresponsive to repeated attempts at contacting them about what amounted to insurance fraud.
Very friendly staff and Awesome customer service! I appreciate that they were able to schedule me for a last minute emergency appointment. I highly recommend!!

Our first visit here & my daughter was a little scared but jack nguyen was very nice and welcoming. Staff members are really nice too.
