RecommendedDr poor man is an exceptional dentist! He has a way with kids and sets them at ease. His staff is just as exceptional! I don’t know how they know details about our insurance and the kids like they do but they know and it is impressive! They take great care of the kids. We recently had and emergency and the work needed prior approval from the insurance and that can’t always be gotten in the same day and they knew that my granddaughter prefers Dr Poorman and the next day he would be off! Very professional kids d friendly environment
I had an appointment this morning and while outside waiting to be called in I was told there’s another insurance showing I instead of the one that I have and she can’t be seen. It wasn’t there 6 months ago when they saw her and that I durante was from 14 years ago. Wasted my time since they wait last minute. They are rude and don’t care what hoops we go thru to get the day off.
Staff and Dr Poorman were so nice to my son. So kind and informative to what he needed.
Great, friendly staff. Always very clean and appointments always on time. They really care about their patients ❤️
